Kobido is the Japanese facial massage and means “path of beauty”.
This effective technique brings radiance and youth, combining different manual techniques to rejuvenate the fascia of the face muscles. It is a combination of deep tisue massage, lymphatic drainage and relaxing massage.
The Kobido massage trains all the facial parts with fast and slow movements to slow down the aging process, improve oxygenation and nutrition of the skin cells, activate, tone up and illuminate our face.
It is a very relaxing treatment that helps to reduce stress levels, relieve headaches, improve sight, reduce the effects of bruxism and restore the beauty of your skin.
Compared to classic massage techniques, kobido reaches deeper layers of the skin, It uses various techniques of pressure, rubbing, strokes and kneading so as to first relax the muscle parts responsible for the formation of wrinkles and then stimulate to maintain skin tone. Appropriate movements have the effect of improving blood circulation, firming strongly and reducing the appearance of puffiness by stimulating the lymphatic system.
This massage is a completely natural and non-invasive method, and when performed regularly it has a strong rejuvenating and firming effect. It not only affects the condition of the skin, but also allows you to maintain the natural oval of the face. It also has a preventive effect – effectively reduces the skin’s susceptibility to signs of aging. Most importantly – the effects of Japanese facelift last for a long time. Used regularly, it is an excellent natural alternative to aesthetic medicine procedures.
The effectiveness of a Japanese facial massage is noticed after just one treatment, but for the most satisfactory results, it is worthwhile to ensure regularity.

Let me tell you about myself: I’m from Poland, and I live in Zurich more than a year. I have been doing massages since 2020, and from the first moment they became my passion. Since the beginning, I have been studying various massage techniques, and my specialty is Swedish (classical) massage and Kobido Complex massage (a combination of Kobido techniques with lymphatic drainage and neck+head relaxation massage). In my practice, I combine these techniques because they combine very well.
To me, Kobido is a fascinating massage technique, so I am constantly developing and improving it (see below for a list of my training courses).
On a daily basis, I am an open and warm person. A born optimist, the glass is always half full for me 🙂 In my work I put all my heart and I believe that positive energy is an important ingredient of a good massage. I love when a massage gives joy and relaxation, so I always try to create a warm, friendly atmosphere. I want you to feel special from the first “Good morning” to the last “See you next time”.
I am still in the process of finding my perfect massage space. I am currently working in my cozy apartment, in a quiet part of Zurich’s center (only a 4-minute walk from Helvetiaplatz or 10 minutes from the Central Train Station – HB). When you visit me, I will welcome you with tea and delicious cakes after which I will hide the wrappers so you won’t see how many calories they had 😉 You are more than welcome!
